Mars-IVF Class II Biosafety Workstation

Class II IVF workstations where both operator and sample protection is required.

  • Our technology has been developed to ensure an even curtain of HEPA, H-14 (99.97% efficiency for a 0.3 μm particle) filtered grade A air passing constantly over the samples being viewed.
  • Inflow of 0.4m/s and down flow of 0.25m/s (adjustable) ensure that the full aspects of EN12469 is satisfied.
  • 30% of the air is HEPA filtered out and 70% is HEPA filtered into the work area.
  • Even stable temperature to an accuracy of ±0.5 °C across the work area.
  • Electronic control of the (toughened glass) front window: can be adjusted precisely to allow the best operator comfort together with many other built in ergonomic features.
  • Mars 1200 and 1800 Class 2 cabinets are TÜV approved according to EN 12469:200
