EZ-Tip® and Stripper Tips

The close-tolerance plastic tips are flexible, with smooth edges and consistent geometries. Made from unbreakable medical grade plastic, the tips will not scratch Petri dishes.
They are individually packed for sterility and available in multipacks for convenience and economy.

Bulb Pipetting Range

The EZ-Squeeze™ is a medical grade plastic tip fitted with a flexible bulb for a reliable seal and simpler set-up.  EZ-Squeeze tips are available in all common sizes.

EZ-Squeeze Handle

The autoclavable EZ-Squeeze handle is designed to offer ease of handling and a comfortable working position.

EZ-Strip®

The EZ-Strip single-use denudation and handling system has been developed for exacting laboratory sterility standards minimising any risk of cross contamination.

It is available in nine sizes, including a long version which is ideal for the handling of gametes in tubes.

EZ-Tips

What is the pipette made of?

The pipette is made of medical grade plastic, which will flex and not damage the Petri dish.

Will it fit my handle/pipettor?

All EZ-Tips and Stripper tips are compatible with the commonly-used denudation pipettors with a 0.9 outer diameter.

Which size tips should I use for handling cells after embryo biopsy?

Only the Stripper PGD pipettor and the 50 µm accompanying tips are optimized for handling and tubing biopsied material.

Which size tips is best for handling embryos around day 3?

The sizes from 170-180 µm are most suitable for handling embryos

Which size tips is best for handling blastocysts?

The sizes from 200-300 µm are most suitable for handling blastocysts and expanded blastocysts.

Which size tips is best for handling the oocyte-cumulus complex?

We recommend using the Stripper CC and the Stripper-CC tips which are 1000 µm in inner diameter.

EZ-Grip

Does my EZ-Grip® require regular maintenance?

The EZ-Grip® may eventually require a replacement plunger wire and ‘O’ rings after extended use. These can be ordered as separate repair kits. One set is supplied with the unit.

Do I need any tools to maintain my EZ-Grip®?

Supplied with the EZ-Grip®is a M2.5 hex key tool that is needed to loosen and replace the plunger wire. No tools are required to replace the seal.

EZ-Squeeze

Is the EZ-Squeeze™ bulb pipette compatible with competitor handles?

It is compatible with handles with a 4mm inner diameter. However, a EZ-Squeeze™ handle is supplied as required.

As a single-use system, EZ-Strip® minimises the risk of cross-contamination, which is of paramount importance if there is risk of infection.

Once a multipack is opened the sterility of each unit is compromised. With individual packaging, the sterility of each EZ-Strip® is guaranteed.
